Chopped Mid
The Chopped Mid is a classic ‘easy rider’ mid-length that will keep your stoke and wave count high.
Design
The Chopped Mid offers a higher level of performance with less space in the nose and tail, and more progressive bottom curves (Rocker) for better response and turning.
What makes this board different from its longer and wider counterparts is the ease with which it paddles and glides in the waves.
Board feel
The outline is inspired by the 70’s era. This is great for adopting a forward trim position when surfing down-the-line point waves. Another key feature is the tapered tail outline that ‘holds in’ on steeper waves and offers plenty of maneuverability when pushing off your back foot.
The 2 + 1 fin setup can be configured to suit different conditions, and when used with a single fin and smaller side bites, offers directional stability and flow when turning.
